House Democratic leader in Syracuse: GOP will ‘take a blowtorch’ to CHIPS Act

The top House Democrat told Syracuse voters Saturday that Republicans “want to take a blowtorch to the CHIPS and Science Act” that helped lure a massive Micron Technology computer chip plant to the city’s northern suburbs.
